The purchase of these shirts will aid in the legal fees as we finish the 3 year battle we have been fighting against an American competitor company manufacturing our patented products in China with what we feel to be inferior materials and importing them to sell in the U.S.  Below is the back story.

It all started with a simple idea—creating jobs and making high-quality products with excellent customer service here in America. Fast forward to today, and we’re still fighting the good fight against those who we feel tried to steal our concept and cheapen its execution by manufacturing it overseas. But let me tell you about an emotional moment that really hit home.

Just last month, I was at a community gathering when someone asked what I did for work—a question I usually greet with pride, but this time I felt a bit awkward explaining the ongoing legal battle against a U.S.-based company from New Zealand who are now manufacturing our patented products in overseas and importing into the U.S. to sell. The room fell silent as they processed my story about patents and lawsuits, clearly struggling to reconcile their everyday life with the complex issue of intellectual property theft. It was that moment I realized just how far-reaching this fight is—it’s not just a business battle; it’s personal for everyone involved who believes in quality American craftsmanship over cheap knockoffs being imported in.

Protecting our rights and fighting to keep jobs here in America feels like the right thing to do, right?

The stakes are high—as hundreds of thousands of dollars have been poured into this legal battle so far, money that could have be reinvested into our community and products. We’ve done everything humanly possible to keep the lights on and it’s frustrating knowing that while we’re fighting to protect American jobs, others profit by undermining us overseas with inferior materials. Ultimately, it’s the principle that drives us—we believe deeply in what we do, not for profits but because of the impact on real people and communities across America. It’s about so much more than a paycheck; it’s about preserving the American dream for each and every one involved in this fight—from our hardworking team members to the American supply companies providing our raw materials.
