Content Submission Requirements
We are seeking testimonial videos and images with content that can be clearly understood by and appeals to gun carriers interested in purchasing a JM4 Tactical holster. Submissions must contain products of JM4 Tactical LLC. Submissions containing nudity, violence, or profanity will not be accepted. In general, please keep it clean. We require that the submission not include any other brand names, commercial logos, messages, copyrighted materials, or URLs directing viewers to an external business as these submissions will not be accepted.
Content Submission Terms & Conditions
I hereby grant permission to JM4 Tactical LLC, the rights of my image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape in exchange for loyalty reward points usable for discounts towards goods and services via the JM4 Tactical LLC website. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.
Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to:
- Presentations;
- Online/Internet Videos;
- Media;
- Advertisements
By accepting, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in a public setting.
No further consent from me is needed for JM4 Tactical LLC to use the content of my image, video, and/or sound in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising or promotion of JM4 Tactical LLC, its affiliates, or their services.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. I understand that JM4 Tactical LLC is under no obligation to use the submitted material.
This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings I am submitting. I agree not to contest the right or authority granted to JM4 Tactical LLC hereunder. I hereby forever release and discharge JM4 Tactical LLC, its employees, licensees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or demands whatsoever arising by reason of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, or any other personal or property rights from or related to any use of the Materials.
By submitting my video, photo, or audio content, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby.
